Laurel is the corridor’s hinge city: technically Prince George’s, bordering Howard, minutes from Anne Arundel, with Fort Meade and NSA commuters, Route 1’s working spine, and neighborhoods that answer “Baltimore or D.C.?” with “yes.” Mental health care for a hinge city cannot assume one direction, so ours does not.
Both orbits, one practice
The Baltimore office on Park Heights Avenue serves Laurel’s northern pull; the Washington office on North Capitol Street serves the southern; the Parkway and Route 1 connect to both. Secure video, licensed in Maryland and the District, covers the majority of routine care either way: evaluations to start, medication management and therapy to continue, at a closer rhythm when a stretch needs structure. Everything on the conditions list: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and the rest: treats identically from any of our offices, or from none of them.
Around the clock
988 covers Laurel like everywhere else. Call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline free and confidentially, any hour. Emergencies belong to 911. The rest belongs to a calendar: request an appointment online whenever the corridor gives you a minute.
