Unique Minds is a growing outpatient practice serving Baltimore and Washington, D.C., a team committed to compassionate, culturally responsive care, and to being a genuinely good place to practise.

Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)

Clinical social work within a collaborative outpatient team: therapy caseloads with real psychiatric backup.

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPC)

Early-career counselors building toward independent licensure, with supervision and a supportive team around the work.

Therapists (LICSW, LMHC)

Independently licensed clinicians for individual, family and group work, in person at either office or by telehealth.

Why clinicians stay here

Because the practice practises what the website preaches: evaluation-first care with time to do it properly, a genuinely collaborative team of psychiatric providers and therapists, telehealth flexibility that applies to staff schedules as well as patient ones, and leadership by a clinician,Dr. Victorine Ngang, who still sees patients. You would be joining a mission with a caseload, not a caseload with a mission statement.
