Our Park Heights office is in the city it serves, which matters in practical ways. Getting here does not mean a highway: for Northwest Baltimore in particular, the office is a neighborhood address, and for the rest of the city it is one trip, not a day out. The building has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park, and the full practice runs from it: psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual and family therapy.
Care shaped for a city
City life concentrates both the need and the friction: demanding jobs and shift patterns, transit that eats evenings, and neighborhoods where mental health care has historically been scarce or unwelcoming. We hold both ends: real appointments in a real local office, including Saturdays by appointment, and secure telehealth so a missed bus never becomes a missed month. Our providers’ approach is explicitly culturally responsive; this practice was founded here, and its patients look like this city.
If tonight is the hard part
Baltimore City is fully covered by the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988, free and confidential, any hour. In an immediate emergency call 911. For everything after the crisis, we are the follow-up: start with an evaluation, in person on Park Heights Avenue or by video from anywhere in the city.
