Dr. Victorine (Vicky) Ngang, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based psychiatric care across Maryland and Washington, DC. Credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Dr. Ngang brings extensive clinical expertise in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
