We are Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) at Unique Minds Behavioral Health Services, LLC. Our philosophy and care align with that of the State and National standard which emphasizes the use of evidence-based practices in assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders.
We develop an individualized plan of care that fits the needs of our patients and delivered through pharmacotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic interventions. We believe that everyone has an essential value to a high quality of life and should be treated with humane, respect and informed care. We engage in professional reciprocity and collaboration with other health care professionals to reinforce, protect, educate, and provide care that will maintain the patient’s health and well-being.
We have experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health and substance abuse disorders. We provide patient-centered care through advanced assessment, diagnosing, collaborating, planning, educating, medication management and continuous evaluation of individual goals and treatment effectiveness.
Unique Minds Behavioral health services (UMBHS) is an outpatient base clinic that offers a wide arena of mental health and Substance abuse services to people of all ages. “UMBHS is a one stop shop”
